The Truth
There is only one truth, and it is right in front of our eyes.
It is here and now.
It is the cold hard reality we live in.
You know it!
The only thing that is lacking, is for you to face and see it.
Every chance we get we try as hard as possible to look away and seek distraction.
… we browse mindlessly, and hopelessly try to forget what is keeping us troubled.
… we seek an escape in fantasy.
But the reality keeps following us.
The only way we can ever hope to be free, is by being HERE; by facing that harsh reality, and by doing something about it.
We need to stop doing the things that harm us. By which I mean everything that merely grants a temporary escape from reality.
Freedom of the soul, is knowing that you have complete control over your own life.
YOU are the only person who can make your life into what you want it to be.
There are no tools or methods. The truth exists and reality is here.
When you see it for what it is, you will know what to do; what the options are, and what the consequences will be.
If you understand this, then you will choose based on the consequences of your actions, rather than to wrongly pick what you want for your immediate gain.
Because choosing based on the consequences gives you authority over what your future will look like.
You can create your future by making the right choices.
And then, knowing that you, and only you, are responsible for what happens next, will grant you peace and freedom of mind.
No need to blame anyone else for the outcomes that you have brought onto yourself.
You have chosen your actions, and have brought the outcomes that were connected to them upon yourself.
Knowing this should drive you to be more mindful of what you do.
Because this is the one way to singlehandedly start taking control over the creation of your future.
